The table below describes the different types of notifications you'll receive regarding your stock's position and the progress of your transactions through Access Evo's Feed.

Feed Alert

Description

Late Sales Orders (coming soon)

The late sales order alert is generated when a sales order with an unshipped quantity of stock has a required date that is in the past.

Low Stock (coming soon)

Live feed will generate a low stock alert when a products available stock on hand is below the minimum stock level.

The calculation used is Max Stock Limit - SOH + Allocated Sales Order (unshipped) + In Assembly - On Assembly - Incoming Transfers + Outgoing Transfers - On Purchase. If this quantity is below the minimum quantity, then the product / warehouse is considered in low stock.

Late Purchase Orders (coming soon)

A purchase order with a delivery date in the past will trigger a late purchase order alert. The purchase order will need to have unreceipted stock and be in an approved status.

Sales Margin (coming soon)

A sales order will overall margin that is negative will trigger a sales margin alert.

Backorder Ready (coming soon)

Sales orders in the status of 'Backorder' with the remaining unshipped stock available to ship will trigger a Backorder Ready alert.

Unapproved Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders in the status of 'Unapproved' will trigger an Unapproved Purchase Order alert.

AIM: Dead Stock

Stock on hand with no demand from the preceding 12 months will trigger a Dead Stock alert. Use the AIM insights dashboard date selector to measure dead stock over different time frames.

AIM: Stockout Risk

If open transactions create an impending negative stock on hand, a stockout risk alert is generated. Check the AIM Insights dashboard to see the list of stockout risks. Review the stock out risk with the linked charts in AIM and the required replenishments in the forecast.

AIM: Review Due

When saving a forecast, or submitting new stock controls in AIM, you are able to set a review time. When this comes due, a Review Due alert is triggered.

AIM: Upcoming Replenishments

When creating a forecast with AIM, a timeline of recommended replenishments are forecast. If a replenishment expected order date is within the next 7 days, then a Upcoming Replenishments alert is triggered.

AIM: Replenishment Overdue

If a forecast replenishment in AIM has an expected order date appear in the past, then a Replenishment Overdue alert is triggered.

A replenishment overdue can commonly occur if the stock is required in fewer days than the products lead days. For example, a product is forecast to be needing replenishment in 5 days, but the product has a 7 day delivery lead time, so the order by days is 2 days ago.
