Access Evo is a centralized workspace platform that allows you to access all your Access Group products from one convenient location. By migrating your Unleashed account to Access Evo, you'll be able to manage your Unleashed system alongside other Access Group products through a unified interface with single sign-on capabilities.

Migration Eligibility
Before you can use Access Evo, you will first need to check if your Unleashed account is eligible for migration:
If you see a white "access" button in the top left corner of your Unleashed page, your account has already been migrated, and no further action is needed.
If you see a black banner at the top of your Unleashed page, with a "Migrate Now" button, your account is eligible to migrate.
If you do not see a "Migrate Now" button at the top of your page, and do not have an "access" button, your account is not yet eligible for migration
Migration process Access Evo Users
First-time Access Evo Users
Use this option if: You have never used Access Evo before and only use Unleashed among Access Group products.
Log in to your Unleashed account.
Click on the "Migrate Now" button at the top of the page.
In the Access Evo migration page, select "It's my first time signing into Access Workspace".
Verify your login email and enter the verification code sent to your email.
Click "Verify my email address".
Set your new password, which will replace your existing Unleashed login password. The password must be at least 10 characters long.
Click "Go to Unleashed".
In Unleashed, a pop-up window will appear: "Access button token expired"; click "Yes" to renew the token. You will be logged out of both Unleashed and Access Evo.
Sign in to Unleashed via the Access Evo login page using the credentials you just set up in the previous steps.
Your migration is now complete!
Existing Access Evo Users
Use this option if: You already use Access Evo with other Access Group products (e.g., Mintsoft) and want to add Unleashed to your existing workspace.
Important: You cannot complete this migration yourself if you already have an Access Evo account.
Log in to your Unleashed account.
Click on the "Migrate Now" button at the top of the page.
In the Access Evo migration page, select "I've previously signed into Access Workspace".
Contact Unleashed Support and request that your Unleashed account be added to your existing Access Evo organization.
What happens next
Organization Setup:
In Access Evo, you will see Unleashed listed in your organization's "Products".
An Administrator will be designated to manage member access.
User Management:
Your designated Administrator will invite members to the Unleashed organization to be invited as Unleashed Users.
Email addresses must match between Access Evo and Unleashed accounts.
Technical Details
How the Integration Works: A new API in Unleashed has been developed to authenticate users through Access Evo. The system works by matching email addresses between your Access Evo and Unleashed accounts. When your email addresses match across both platforms, Unleashed will appear as an available application in your Access Evo Products menu. However, if your email addresses don't match between the two systems, the Unleashed icon won't display in your Access Evo menu.
Authentication Process: When you click on the Unleashed icon from your Access Evo's Products menu, the system opens a new window that connects to Unleashed. If you're already logged in to your Unleashed account, the integration will seamlessly resume your active session without requiring you to log in again. If you're not currently logged in, you'll be presented with the standard Unleashed login page, where you can enter your credentials to access your account.
