By design, all Sales Orders imported to Unleashed from your B2B Stores will be imported with the Sales Channel: B2BPortal automatically applied, allowing you to easily identify which of your Sales Orders were imported from the B2B Store and report on your B2B Store's performance.

  1. Click on Show Toolbar, Hidden Columns and find the "Sales Channel" header.

  2. Drag and drop the "Sales Channel" header into the grey space above the View Sales Order's grid layout. The View Sales Orders page wil group all Sales Orders currently populated by their respective Sales Channel.

  3. Click on the plus icon (+) to the left of the "Sales Channel: B2BPortal" and the full list of Sales Orders imported from the B2B Store will be shown.

  4. Use the filters available in the View Sales Orders page to refine your search.

Report on B2B Sales Orders

If you're subscribed to BI Vision you can use the "Sales Channel" dimension to review the Sales made via the B2B Store.

  1. From the main menu go to Business Intelligence and select Sales.

  2. Click on the Vision tab.

  3. Select a value to report from the tiles provided, e.g. "Sales Revenue".

  4. Scroll down to the "Sales Channel ranked by" tile.

  5. For the date range selected the "Sales Channel ranked by" tile will display the total value calculated based on completed Sales Invoices, segmented by Sales Channel e.g. B2B Portal.
