Support for a B2B Store

If you have any queries or issues regarding your B2B Store, you can request for support directly from the B2B Store.

Important: Only Users (Store Administrators) who are enabled with "Support" in Settings > Security > Users are eligible to request support for the B2B Store.

Request Support from the B2B Store

  1. Go to the B2B Store and login as the Store Administrator.

  2. In the top right corner, go to Settings and from the main menu select "Support".

  3. In the Support page you will see a free text field where we'd recommend detailing your query or any issue being experienced.

  4. Click on the green "Request Support" button and a case will be created with Unleashed's Support team and access to your B2B Store (by the Support team) will be enabled for 30 days.
