What happens after updating a subscription

Upgrades made to your subscription apply immediately once confirmed in your account's Billing page. If you upgrade mid-term during your current subscription period, the following will occur:

  1. Pro-rated credit is applied to your account for any subscription plan or module being replaced by the upgrade, covering the remaining subscription period.

  2. Pro-rated charge is applied to cover the cost of your updated subscription plan or module for the period up to your next monthly billing date.

  3. Invoice generated showing both of the above transactions.

  4. New invoice on your next monthly billing date for the new plan.

You may notice a charge that appears slightly higher than the annual fee for the partial month before your next billing date. Your renewal will then occur on the next billing day plus 12 months.
