I. Accessing the Messages Tab
Access Your Program: Navigate to the Programs tab in your Platform, select your Program title, and click “Manage.”
Select the Tab: Click on the "Messages" tab at the top of your program management page.
II. Automated Notification Templates
The Messages Tab provides pre-configured templates that correspond to specific actions or statuses within the program.
Key Automated Messages
Participant Invitation | Sent when a participant is invited from the Participants tab to apply, |
Program Participation | Sent when a participant click Apply Now and starts a draft. |
Participant Submission | Sent to confirm when a participant submits their application. |
Judge Invitation | Sent when a judge is invited from the Judges tab. |
Judge Assignment | Sent when a judge is assigned submissions for evaluation. |
Judge Re-evaluation | Sent when a judge is asked to re-evaluate a submission. |
Disqualification Notice | Sent when a participant is disqualified from the program. |
Winners Announcement | Sent to participants with at least one qualified submission. |
Template Customization Tips
Each template is fully customizable. Click on a message type to edit the text and add personalized details to ensure consistent communication.
Use Short codes (placeholders like [user-name]) to automatically insert personalized data into emails. This ensures each message feels tailored without manual editing.
III. Managing Message Delivery
Auto-Send Options
You can uncheck the auto-send message option for specific criteria or templates.
If auto-send is disabled, new emails triggered by program activity will be marked as pending.
You can manually send these pending emails later by selecting the "Send to Pending" option, ensuring participants still receive important updates.
