I. Understanding Round Types
To handle complex submission and review processes, you can add submission and evaluation rounds.
Submission Rounds: Allow participants to submit or refine their entries. This means participants can log in, upload files, and edit their forms to ensure they provide their best work.
Evaluation Rounds: Let judges review submissions in stages or assign different judges at different stages. This allows for a multi-level evaluation process with fresh perspectives at each round, making the assessment process more structured and fair.
II. Adding and Configuring a New Round
Add a new round: Click the + New Round button to create a new submission or evaluation round.
Name and Select Type: Enter the round title and choose the Type (Submission Round or Evaluation Round).
3. Configure the Round: After creation, you must configure the details based on the Round Type selected:
Submission Round Details: Choose the settings and workflow for this round as explained in the Configuring Submission and Evaluation Rounds Settings guide.
Evaluation Round Details: In addition to setting deadlines, you must focus on the judging window:
Evaluation Deadline: Set the timeframe for judges to complete scoring submissions.
Editing Dates: Define the window during which judges can edit their scores and comments after initially submitting their evaluation.
What's Next?
You can add multiple Submission and Evaluation Rounds until your Program funnel is complete. Your next step is to invite participants to engage with your program.
