Tracking and Reviewing Submissions

Manage submissions with quick actions, monitor drafts, and oversee participant activity.

I. Managing Submissions (The Main Tab)

When you click on the Submissions tab, you can manage multiple entries and perform a range of actions.

Quick Actions and Management Tools

The action bar and individual submission rows offer a wide range of management tools:

Quick Actions

  • Star submissions

  • Tag submissions

  • Add notes

  • Qualify or Disqualify submissions

  • Assign judges or a panel of judges

  • Send messages to the submission owner

  • Customize the table display

  • Unassign judges or a panel of judges

  • View judge feedback for the participant

  • Hide judge feedback from the participant

  • Set submission status to Pending

  • Export submission data

  • Mark the submission as Read

  • Remove the submission

  • Set a Title for the submission


II. Monitoring Submissions

A. Drafts View

The Drafts view allows you to manage participants who have started but not yet completed their application:

  • Track the progress of participants who haven’t completed their application.

  • View the specific questions they have already answered directly from the information table.

  • Send messages to encourage completion.

B. Trash View

The Trash view stores submissions that have been removed. From here, you can:

  • Restore a submission

  • Star a submission

  • Tag a submission

  • Add notes

  • Send messages to submission owners

  • Export submission data
