Set up and enable notifications for check-ins in UpBeing to remind you to reflect on your emotional state. Notifications can be customized.

Setting up and enabling notifications is key to helping you get the most out of UpBeing.

Notifications remind you to complete check-ins at important times in your day, and let you know when there's been a shift in your loved one's wellbeing.

How to set up notifications:

  1. Open UpBeing

  2. Navigate to the sidebar

  3. Tap on settings, then go to preferences.

  4. Tap on notifications and reminders.

  5. Choose what events in UpBeing will trigger notifications, and how often you want to receive check-in reminders.
