Step 1: Enter the Identity Verification Page
After opening the App and entering the homepage, click [Go to] in the verification section.
Once you reach the verification instruction page, click [Continue] to begin the process.
If you have a Sumsub ID, you can select it for use.
If not, simply click [Continue].
Step 2: Select Document Type
You may choose any valid identity document for upload according to your country, after that please click [Continue].
If you choose to upload your passport, please have it ready and click [Continue]
After the document is uploaded, the system will automatically process and verify it.
Step 4: Perform a Liveness Check
The system will prompt you to enable your camera for facial verification.
Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the scan.
Once finished, the system will automatically upload and verify your face data.
Step 5: Wait for Review
After submission, the system will complete the review as soon as possible.
