Step 1: Go to the Cards Overview Page
On the Home page, tap [Cards] in the bottom navigation bar to enter the Cards Overview page.
From here, you can start creating a card in either of the following ways:
Tap [Create My UpCard], or
Tap [My Cards] in the top-right corner
Important Note
Each Physical Card requires a $99 issuance fee.
Please make sure your account has sufficient balance before applying.
If your balance is insufficient, the card application will not be completed.

Step 2A: Create a Physical Card via “Create My UpCard”
If you tap [Create My UpCard]:
Select Physical Card
Tap [Apply for Physical Card $99]
You will be redirected to the information form page
Step 2B: Create a Physical Card via “My Cards”
If you tap [My Cards]:
Tap [Add New UpCard]
You will be redirected to the information form page
Step 3: Fill in Your Information and Confirm
On the form page, please complete all required fields, including:
Mobile number (for verification)
Email address (email for verification)
Cardholder name
Currency selection
After filling in all the required information, tap [Confirm].
Step 4: Enter and Submit Your Shipping Address
Please enter your complete shipping address in English.
After submission, the system will begin processing your physical card and arranging delivery.
The physical card is expected to arrive within 7–30 business days, depending on the destination country.
