Want your Upfirst virtual receptionist to answer only when you can't? Conditional call forwarding sends calls to Upfirst when:
Your line is busy
You don't answer after several rings
Your phone is turned off or out of service
Want to send all of your calls to Upfirst instead of just your missed calls? Go to this article.
An important note for iPhone users
Important: You must disable visual voicemail first. If you skip this step, your calls may go to voicemail instead of your Upfirst receptionist.
