Thank you for downloading UpHabit, we’re very excited to have you here! Here are 4 easy steps for you to get started on building the relationships you wish you had.

Step 1: Creating an account

Before you can build a healthier habit of keeping in touch with the people that matter the most to you, you'll first need to create an account.
If you are having trouble or have any questions regarding sign up, read more in the article here.

Step 2: Integrations

Relationships are a big part to why we created UpHabit. To begin building relationships with your contacts, you must allow UpHabit to have access to your phonebook contacts, or email contacts.

It is possible to create relationship reminders without integrating your contacts. In this case, you would have to manually create each contact in order to build relationships.

You can authorize your primary email account. We create contacts in UpHabit by scanning your Sent folder for who you have contacted in the past 6 months. We also import all of your contacts that are labelled "My Contacts".  You can skip this authorization if you wish!

Gmail & Microsoft

This is where you have the option to import your contacts from your Local Address Book. If you don't want your phone contacts in UpHabit, feel free to skip. Note: This feature is only available on iOS.

Step 3: Creating relationship reminders

Once your contacts are in, you will be ready to create relationship reminders!
Relationship reminders are a good way to keep in touch with those you would like to further deepen relationships with. With UpHabit, you can personalize each relationship reminder according to frequency, adding notes and methods of contact.

Step 4: Staying in touch

After creating your reminders, it is always important to stay in touch with those you want to create strong and healthy relationships with. The relationship reminders that you set are reoccurring to your preferences, or can be set as a one-time reminder.

Now that you've gone through all the 4 steps...

Get ready to start building the relationships you've never had!
