How to add authentication images from Entrupy into your products and listings

We have integrated Entrupy directly into Lister, giving you the ability to view all your authentications to easily pick which one is for your product. This guide outlines how to use Entrupy in Lister.

How to Add Entrupy Certificates to Products

Once Entrupy is connected to your Lister account, you’ll be able to search your Entrupy Certificate of Authentications (COA) directly on the product page as you create your listings by following the steps below.

  1. Click the “Search Enrupy” button at the top of the listing form

  2. Search for Entrupy COA by Brand, Manufacturer’s SKU, or Entrupy ID

    • Important Note: The SKU field from Entrupy refers to the manufacturer’s SKU, not the Lister SKU

  3. Select the matching COA from the search results

  4. Click the blue “Add certificate to images” button

How to View and Print Entrupy Certificates

Including a paper copy of the Entrupy certificate of authenticity with your listing is a great way to boost buyer confidence. Follow the steps below to view and print the certificate.

  1. Search for the certificate by following the steps above

  2. Click “View” in the search results next to the certificate you want to print in a new browser tab

  3. Print the certificate from any standard office printer
