Overview
Allowing Upright Labs access to your Shopify Shop gives our team visibility into your integration. We will only access it for the purpose of providing customer support. All interactions and information related to your account are confidential.
Below are the steps to give Upright Labs access.

Step 1: Navigate to Plan and Permissions
Open your Shopify admin portal and navigate to the settings page by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom corner
Click on "Plan and permissions"
Step 2: Add a Staff Account
Click the green "Add staff account" button
Fill in the first and last name filed
Set the email to "devs@uprightlabs.com"
Ensure the "full permissions" checkbox is checked
Click the green “Send invite” button. Upright Labs now has access to your account!
