Overview

Manifest settings allow you to set default rejection responses for team members processing items, add and flag item preferences for your store teams, control the default behavior of Lister when your processing team accepts a manifest item, and automatically add authentication details to items verified by Authenticate First.

This guide explains what each of the settings on the Admin>Manifest Settings page controls.

  • Include regularly accepted or rejected items here with a brief description

  • Select “Send” for items you want more of and “Don’t send” for items that are typically rejected

💡Operational Tip: Item Preferences are a great way to tell stores what to send, particularly for items that may change on a seasonal basis.

Provide constant feedback to stores on what items you want and don't want with item preferences
  • Item preferences can have additional notes in the description field, including URLs. These notes will be visible if the user clicks on the item preference.

Convert Manifest Items Options

These options control the default behavior of what happens once an item is accepted during processing.

Automatically Convert on Acceptance

  • Enable this toggle to convert the accepted manifest items into a draft product

  • If toggled OFF, processor/QA team members must convert accepted items to products manually

  • We recommend leaving the option toggled on to streamline processes

Automatically Add Authentication Materials to Draft Products

These settings control what happens when an Authenticate First item is verified as authentic.

  • Images: All images used for the authentication will be added to the draft product

  • Authentication Materials: Certificate of Authenticity will be added as a picture to the draft product

  • Item Details: Any details added during the authentication step will show internally in Lister as product notes
