How to Relist an eBay Refunded Listing
eBay will attempt to relist items automatically when a buyer requests an order be canceled or returns an item for a buyer-remorse reason. Ensure the “Re-list item” checkbox is unchecked when completing the cancellation/refund within eBay.
If this checkbox is left checked when refunding a buyer, both Lister and eBay will relist the item, potentially leading to a double sale. Click here for more details on How to Safely Cancel and Refund Orders in eBay and Relist via Lister.

How to Automatically Relist a Refunded Shopify Listing
Shopify allows you to automatically relist an item during the refund step. If you select the checkbox to restock the item in Shopify, the listing will restart automatically, with no action required in Lister:
If edits to the listing are required BEFORE relisting the item, ensure the “Restock item” checkbox is NOT checked in Shopify while refunding the item, then complete the following steps:

Click the “Sold” tab
Search for the SKU, listing title, or eBay Item ID and click the listing in the search results
Click the eyeball icon next to the listing in the search results to open the Listing Drawer
Click “Edit Details” and make any needed changes, then save the updated listing
Click “Restart Strategy” (if a Strategy was used to originally list the item, or the strategy has already ended)
Click “Relist” at the bottom of the page
