Overview

Using Pick lists in Lister and Link helps your order fulfillment teams collect inventory from shelves efficiently and accurately! Pick lists are collections of order items arranged by specific criteria. Pick lists help fulfillment teams see what the product looks like, and where the product is in your warehouse.

Using Link to pick orders helps eliminate mis-picked items by requiring the correct barcode from each item is scanned.

  1. Tap the “Actions” menu

  2. Tap “Mark not found”

Lister comes with three default picking profiles:

  • Single Item Orders - Orders containing only 1 product that need to ship

How to View Pick Lists in Lister

After a pick list has been generated, it can be helpful to view which items were on that pick list. Click “View pick lists” at the top of the Order Manager page to view all current and past pick lists.

The Pick List overview shows the following info, broken into seven columns:

  1. Pick List: A link to view all items within the Pick List

  2. Generated from: Indicates what picking profile was used to create the Pick List

  3. Creator: Name of the teammate who picked the orders

  4. Item Count: How many items were in the Pick List

  5. Created On: Date the pick List was started

  6. Locked until: Displays how long the items in an unfinished Pick List will be unavailable to pick by other teammates. If the pick list status (7) is “Unlocked” then the date indicates when the Pick List was completed or if the list automatically unlocked at the end of the day

  7. Status: Indicates if the pick list was completed or if items are still locked for picking. Click here to learn more about unlocking Pick Lists

Clicking on a pick list will show you the exact items that were on the pick list and their current location.

💡Operational Tip: You can use Link to rescan a Pick List barcode to lock and reactivate it. This will lock the orders once again and allow the picker to go through the picking process with any unpicked items from the scanned Pick List.
