Overview Of Orders Settings
Below is a brief outline of each section of this page, followed by further details on what each function controls.
Auto-Archive Orders After Shipment: Automatically hide orders on the Orders page after completing shipments
Packing Slip Header Image: Choose between using the marketplace logo or your own custom image on printed pack slips
Packing Slip Footer: Default footer text to appear at the bottom of printed pack slips
Order Packing (Require box selection): Toggle on to require a box selection in Pack Mode before a teammate can confirm the order
Save: Click to confirm any changes to the orders settings
Picking Profiles: Create, edit, or delete picking profiles for use in Link’s order picking tool
Auto-Archive Orders After Shipment
Note: Upright Labs recommends leaving this setting toggled ON.
When this is on, creating a shipment will archive the order and hide it from appearing on your orders page. Archived orders can still be searched for by using the search tool on the orders page.
Packing Slip Header Image
This tool allows you to switch between using the marketplace logo (eBay, Shopgoodwill, or Shopify) on printed pack slips or your own custom image.
Note: For best results with custom images, we recommend using an image that's 50px tall and at least 300 PPI.
How to Add A Custom Pack Slip Image
Click “Custom Image”
Click the “Upload image” button
Upload your logo in the pop-up box
Click the blue “Upload” button
Click the blue “Save” button
Packing Slip Footer
This text will show up at the bottom of your packing slips. This is a great way to share more information with customers about your organization! (see example below)
If you do not intend to add pack slips to your orders, no need to fill this in
💡Operational Tip: Save ink and paper by keeping the packing slip footer short.
Print a packing slip from the orders page to see what the footer looks like.

Order Packing
When toggled on, this requires your packers to select shipping boxes in addition to confirming items in Pack Mode.

Picking Profiles
Picking profiles are used to create customized lists for Digital Picking that match the specific operational processes of your department. Picking profiles created here will be available in Link for all users.
Click here to learn how to create and use picking profiles to expedite your shipping process and save paper by skipping printing packing slips.
Bulk Order and Pick List Unlock
Pick Lists created in Link are locked until midnight, allowing your pickers time to pick as many items as possible. Any remaining items will be unlocked for picking the next day.
Unlock All Orders and Pick Lists: This will unlock all orders and pick lists, making all orders available for new pick lists. In most situations, you won't need to use this, as orders unlock each day at midnight
We recommend training your pickers to close out of any existing picking sessions on Link before bulk unlocking orders and pick lists
This will also mark the orders as "Packslip not printed"
We recommend you finish picking and shipping any printed pack slips before using this feature
