How to Verify Lister Connect is Running

Lister Connect is a background app that runs on your Mac and is required for printing via Lister. If you've not installed Lister Connect on your Mac, please follow this guide.

If you are unable to print or import weights from scales using Lister, first check to see if the printer icon in the top right corner of Lister is red or green.

A RED printer icon in Lister means the connection to Lister Connect app is not turned on.

Unable to Print Labels: "Unable to establish connection with printer" Error

If the printer icon at the top right corner of Lister is RED and you see a pop-up warning that says “Unable to establish connection with printer" when trying to print, Lister cannot communicate with Lister Connect.
