How to Interpret Operational Productivity Data

Here are some example questions you could answer using the legend to filter the report:

  • You’ve started using Link’s Order Picking tool instead of using printed pack slips, or you installed new packing workstations. Did this affect how many packages you could ship each day?

  • After an Upright Services audit and facility redesign, your crew loves the new inventory layout. How much has it improved your picking productivity?

  • Stores are concerned that we’re sending more items back lately. Are we actually rejecting more manifest items, or has our overall processing rate increased?

💡Operational Tip: The legend below the line chart lets you view or hide actions by clicking the stat. For example, you could focus solely on your Photography productivity. Or, to gauge your efficiency across multiple statistics (like processing manifests), turn everything off (“Toggle all” at the bottom), then check Accepted and Rejected. Leave all stats turned on to get a bird’s eye view and spot unusual trends.
