Overview
The Poster Overview Report gives a breakdown of how many new listings each teammate created within a given date range, hours worked, and an average of how many new listings were created per hour. This report is a great way to track your listing team's performance against your internal goals.

How to Access the Poster Overview Report
Click the Reports icon in the top right navigation bar in Lister
Click “Poster overview” in the left navigation menu
Poster Overview Report Tools
There are three tools at the top of the Poster Overview report to organize and define the data
Date Range: Select a date range for the report
Highlight: Option to highlight results that are above or below a set target
Set Target: Option to set target new listings per hour and daily hours the team has to reach their target. Note: This option is set for all teammates, not individual users
💡Operational Tip: When setting daily hours, be sure to exclude any hours that are set aside for paid breaks or other non-listing hours. For example, if your team works 8 hours a day, but has two 10-minute paid breaks, a 5-minute morning meeting, and a 5-minute workstation reset/cleanup at the end of the day, set the daily hours to 7.5.
How to Interpret the Poster Overview Report
The data in the Poster Overview Report is broken into 8 columns, with totals for specific data at the bottom of the report:
Date Range: Shows dates each poster listed items if more than 1 day is selected in the date range tool
Poster: Teammate’s name that posted listings within the given date range. Click a teammate's name to view a line chart of their productivity, described below
Postings (Actual): Number of new listings created per teammate
Postings (Target): Target number of new listings, as defined by the Set Target option described above
Total Hours: Total number of hours logged into Lister and creating new listings
Average (%): Shows a percentage towards the Postings (Target) number vs the Postings (Actual) number
Postings Per Hour (Actual): Average number of new listings created within the Total Hours number
Postings per Hour (Target): Target number of new listings created per hour, as defined by the Set Target option described above
Totals: Shows a sum for data in columns 3-7
Individual Poster Report
Clicking a teammate’s name in the Poster Overview report will open a new page charting their productivity within a given time range.
Date Range: Select a date range for the report
Period: Choose how the data is presented by selecting between hour, day, week, month, quarter, or year
