Overview

The Poster Target report shows a bar chart of your team’s listing productivity, highlighted to show actual listing numbers vs a set goal. This report is useful for quickly visualizing how your listing team is performing over a given date range.

Table of Contents

How to Access the Poster Target Report

  1. Click the Reports icon in the top right navigation bar in Lister

  2. Click “Poster targets” in the left navigation menu

Date Range

Click the calendar icon at the top of the report to select a date range for the report.

💡Operational Tip: Select a date range that only includes days worked to avoid the target number from calculating weekends and holidays against the target number of listings.

Set Targets

Click the (x) icon at the top of the report to set the following options:

  1. Target per Hour: Average number of new listings each teammate should be able to complete per hour

  2. Daily Hours: Number of productive listings hours per day

💡Operational Tip: When setting daily hours, be sure to exclude any hours that are set aside for paid breaks or other non-listing hours. For example, if your team works 8 hours a day, but has two 10-minute paid breaks, a 5-minute morning meeting, and a 5-minute workstation reset/cleanup at the end of the day, set the daily hours to 7.5.

Toggles

Click “Actuals” or “Targets” above the bar chart to toggle the respective data displayed. This can be useful if you only want to compare actual productivity of teammates instead of including the target number in the report.
