How is the FAI Fix different from physical therapy?

The biggest difference between the FAI Fix and anything you get at a conventional PT is that the designers of the program both personally dealt with the hip pain that you are going through. We've also worked with hundreds of people individually to help them when conventional PT didn't.

You can see one great example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XygGfnUx4k

Our professional experience helping people avoid surgery or after failed surgery makes a big difference. There are very unique exercises, stretches, and perspectives in our program that you won’t find elsewhere.

In addition, over the years, we've found that certain exercises are inappropriate for dealing with FAI-related issues in a majority of cases. These exercises, however, show up in PT programs all the time. In fact, when you look at the 'best' physical therapy protocols for hip impingement, you find that they are fatally flawed. This video looks at one FAI PT protocol in detail so you can see the 'quality' of physical therapy protocols.

The main issue is that PT largely views FAI as a bone problem (because that is how surgeons have defined it). This leads to strategies that are doomed to fail.
