This depends on many, many factors (your starting point, how much time is devoted, your skill at stretching, self-massage, etc.).
With that said, a typical time-frame within 2-4 weeks noticeable progress happens. Sometimes some of our users notice an immediate difference!
The bottom line is that you should feel some positive change within 60 days as long as you're doing the right things.
