We actually recommend that every person starts with the FAI Fix Basic program. Work diligently on that for at least 2 months before jumping into the Athletes program.
Once people have become very accustomed to the kind of work we recommend in the Basic program they will be ready for the more advanced / aggressive tissue work, etc in the Athletes program. We just take people's health and safety very seriously and don't want people jumping ahead into advanced tissue work and stretches they aren't ready for!
Even if you are an experienced athlete, it's very helpful to make sure all your bases are covered with the Basic program FIRST.

For 99.9% of potential students, our recommendation is to start with the Basic for 2 months, then consider the Athletes after that.
