The Hunchback Fix requires NO equipment in in Phase 1. That means you can jump directly into the program without any delay waiting for equipment.
In Phase 2, you need to have a long light resistance band and a foam roller. I provide links if you have trouble finding them locally.
I also recommend ankle weights for convenience and comfort, but you can improvise with household items like water bottles and books.
