Before Arrival
It is possible to ship belongings of up to two packages (either boxes or suitcases) to urbanest no earlier than three days before your scheduled arrival as long as you use an official urbanest label, which can be found below:

All items shipped must include a luggage tag, if the delivery company is unable to attach the shipping label to your items please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Where possible your luggage will be placed in your room.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept belongings delivered in person.
Please note that urbanest accept no responsibility for any items sent in advance of your arrival, and all liability remains with yourself.

After Arrival
During your tenancy with us, you are welcome to have parcels and mail delivered to you. Please make sure your full given name and room number are correct before sending.
We'll even hold the parcels on your behalf until you are ready to collect them.
