After you check-in...
During your stay, you welcome to get any non-perishable items (such as clothing or books) delivered to urbanest, and we'll look after them for you for a few days until you get them π
Food deliveries
If you are getting a fresh food delivery from a grocery provider (such as Tesco or Waitrose), or takeaway delivery company (such as Deliveroo), you must be home to receive the delivery at reception. We will not take them on your behalf.
If you are getting a boxed food delivery, such as Lions Prep or Hello Fresh, we can take these at our receptions, but you must collect them the same day. We will throw away any items which are not collected by midnight on the day of delivery.

Other deliveries
For deliveries which are not perishable, we are happy to take them on your behalf and will store them for a few days until you collect them. You will receive an e-mail with a QR code when you are able to collect your item(s); this may be some time after they have been delivered if there has been a large delivery to sort through - please be patient with us as this can be hundreds of parcels at the same time.
Before you check-in...
It is possible to ship belongings up to two packages (either boxes or suitcases) to urbanest no earlier than three days before your scheduled arrival as long as you use an official urbanest label, which can be found below:
All items shipped must include a luggage tag, if the delivery company is unable to attach the shipping label to your items please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Where possible your luggage will be placed in your room.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept belongings delivered in person.

Please note that urbanest accept no responsibility for any items sent in advance of your arrival, and all liability remains with yourself.
If you're purchasing items from an online provider (Amazon, IKEA, Argos, etc.) you will not need to attach a shipping label. The shipping label is only essential if you're needing to ship a suitcase or a boxes before you arrive.
