Kojo's PO entry system streamlines PO creation from materials requests contained in an Excel file such as an Estimate, BOM, Quote or a Requisition Template.

  1. Open your excel file that contains the material to be ordered

  2. Navigate to the "Line Items" of a specific PO.

  3. Highlight the rows and columns in Excel that are important for the PO, press "Ctrl+C" or right-click and select "Copy"

  4. Navigate to the Agora Item Table and select the starting cell you want the paste to begin at. Press "Ctrl+V" or right-click and select "Paste"

Note: You can easily re-order columns in the Kojo line items table to match the column order in your Excel document. Simply drag the column headers left and right in the line items table before pasting in your line item details.
