Integration requirements

In order to integrate Kojo and Procore, you must have:

Existing Kojo customers should work with their Customer Success Manager to enable the Procore integration.

For companies who do not yet have a Kojo account, please fill out the demo request form at https://www.usekojo.com/integrations/procore to get in touch with Kojo's sales team.

Configuring the integration

  1. From within the Kojo web app, navigate to “Admin” on the left navigation pane.

  2. Within the Admin page, navigate to “Setup,” and then to “Integration,” using the tabs near the top of the page. Configuration settings for the integration are shown on this page.

General Integration Settings

In this section, you have the option to do the following:

  • Link as lump sum by default. (When linking orders to your accounting software, this sets the default behavior to link as a lump sum amount. If you do not select this option, then each line item will have its own amount when synced to the Procore Schedule of Values.)

  • Allow field users to enter cost codes. (This will allow field users to enter per-item cost codes when creating requisitions.)

  • Allow field users to enter cost types. (This will allow field users to enter per-item cost types when creating requisitions.)

Default purchase order settings

Here, you have the option to set default cost codes and cost types for POs sent from Kojo to Procore. These defaults will apply across all projects/jobs.
