Integration requirements
In order to integrate Kojo and Procore, you must have:
A Kojo account
A Procore account that includes the Project Financials Commitments tool

The Kojo + Procore integration is a bidirectional sync. The data flow between the two systems is illustrated in the diagram below.
Syncing data from Procore to Kojo
Data syncs from Procore to Kojo automatically, every hour. You can see the last time data synced from Procore by navigating to the Integration Setup page within Kojo (Admin → Setup → Integration).
Syncing data from Kojo to Procore
The PO must be in an “acknowledged” state before it can be synced to Procore.
Send the PO to the vendor through Kojo.
Within Kojo, mark the PO as acknowledged by the vendor.
Open Kojo and navigate to the PO.
Click the “Link to Procore” button.
If any required fields are missing from the PO, you will see an error message - correct all errors, and click the “Link to Procore” button again.
The PO will now be synced to Procore, and will show up in the Procore Commitments tool.
