Sage requires all services to be disconnected to close out a month. In order to do this all services must be stopped. Please follow these steps:
Stopping Services
1. Access your Sage server (where the hh2 Sync Client is installed).
2. Click on the Windows Start menu in the lower left.
3. Search for Administrative Tools and click to open (if you don’t have Administrative Tools, try searching for Windows Tools).
4. Click on Services.
5. Find hh2 Synchronization Service and Mongo DB and set both to ‘stop’.
* Keep these in the stopped state until End of Month process has been completed. Please avoid any server reboots during this process.
Restarting Services
Once EOM process has been completed, please follow these steps:
1. Open Services
2. Find hh2 Synchronization Service and Mongo DB and start both back up
