Please contact your IT specialist and use this Update Sync Client guide, Stop/Start HH2 Sync services guide and this Kill tsObjects guide to perform the following actions:

  1. Update HH2 sync client version

  2. Stop HH2 sync service

  3. Kill tsObjects

  4. Start HH2 sync service

If you are still experiencing an error after completing these steps, it is possible that you may need to complete the advanced steps. Please see below:

Advanced Time Out Instructions from HH2

  1. Stop the hh2 Synchronization Service.

  2. Clear any tsObject.exe processes (view in task manager>Details Tab)

  3. Log into Sage using a hh2 user

  4. Open the hh2 Synchronization Client in console mode(HydrousHost). It can be found at the file path C:\ProgramData\Digital Business Integration\hh2 Synchronization Client (64-bit) and then right click on hyrdrous.host and select run as Administrator.

  5. If there are items currently queued up (in "linking" status in Kojo) then they should start processing after the hydrous host gets to the status of “Polling for work…”. If nothing is currently "Linking" then something will need to be exported.

  6. While the export is going through it will show the macro window “Background Tasks” which creates the tsObjects. An error should pop up from Sage indicating an issue. The most common issues experienced are “Data Inconsistency” and “Your XX License will expire in XX days.”

  7. Acknowledge these errors and if a check box is present that makes it not appear again then ensure that is checked.

  8. If no errors are present and the export completes normally then issue should be resolved.

  9. Exit out of the Hydrous.Host program and start the hh2 Synchronization service to resume normal operation.

  10. If under normal operating parameters, the exports are still failing and without any Sage pop up errors then the issue is likely to be Permissions related where the hh2 sync client operating under the local system user does not have access to perform all functions.
