When a new user is created, we send a link to set up your account that looks like this:

If you are clicking this link and then getting re-routed to the Agora app on your mobile device, please click the Activation link on a desktop or laptop computer to complete the initial setup. You will need to enter the following details (see pic) and then click "Complete Registration". Once this is done, you can use the email address and password you just created to log into the mobile app!
