If you recieve the following Vista linking error:

UnexpectedError text: Action May Not Have Been Applied to Target System source:

Then the best path to remediate this is to check and see if the PO made it through to Vista. If it made it to Vista then this error can be ignored and deleted and no further action is required. If the PO didn't make it to Vista then a retry of linking the PO is needed and should pushed through on the retry.
