If an item’s description/UOM match and that item is in one inventory location with quantity available, it will automatically be prefilled. This will speed up Warehouse sourcing a great deal for larger REQs.
We will now be keeping items in the same order on the REQ splitting modal as the REQ items table
When searching in the REQ Splitting modal, you can now see more than 10 pages of results
When searching in the REQ Splitting modal, you can now change the search to another phrase and select items
Notes from the REQ item will now display under the item description on the REQ Splitting modal
Move All Items into one sublocation
Move All Items into one sublocation
There is now a button for when you want to move all items into one sublocation. This will move the full quantity available for all items. The items on the list will have a green check mark after:
Undo will only show up after “move full quantity of all items” has been clicked. Undo clears out the quantities for all items and removes the green check marks.

Upload Item Lists to Kojo’s Catalog
Upload Item Lists to Kojo’s Catalog
CSV of items that can be uploaded to Kojo and then are displayed in the catalog. You can now upload lists of parts into Kojo so that field and any other personas can access these parts. These parts all must have a custom SKU provided by you, and this ensures we maintain a clean historical record of this data throughout time.
You can upload a list of parts by navigating to Settings > Company > Catalog
You must use our template CSV, which can be found on this page.
After uploading this list, these items will appear in your catalog, but please be aware that it may take a few minutes for items to load.
How to get it
This feature as of March 17, 2024 is behind a feature flag, so please reach out to Support or to your CSM if you would like to opt into this feature.
Once enabled, you can navigate to https://kojo.app/admin/company/catalog to access the feature.
