Tool service reminders / tool service records and recording in Kojo.

You can add service reminders and service records for tools within Kojo. This feature is available to all Warehouse Tool Tracking Customers. Check out the sections below to learn more!

Service Reminders

To Add or Edit a Reminder

  1. Browse to the tool’s detail page

  2. At the bottom, click the tab “Tool Servicing”

  3. Click the button “Schedule New Service”

    1. Set the service reminder date

    2. Set the service type

    3. You can set the Provider from your list of vendors

    4. If you would like to make the reminder recurring, you can set a future recurring date

      1. Annually

      2. Biannually

      3. Monthly

      4. Quarterly

    5. You can add service notes as well

  4. You can view, edit or delete the reminder after it is created

  5. After service has been performed, click “Mark Complete” to create a service record from the reminder.

    1. On this screen you can add notes and attachments including pictures and PDFs.

View Upcoming Scheduled Service Reminders

  1. Browse to the Tool Inventory list page

  2. Click on the tab “Scheduled Services”

  3. The list of service reminders will be shown with the oldest reminders at the top of the list

Service Records

To add or edit a record

You can add a service record at any time even if a service reminder has not been created.

  1. Browse to the tool’s detail page

  2. At the bottom, click the tab “Tool Servicing”

  3. Click the button “Add Service Record”

    1. Enter the service date and service type

    2. You can set the Provider from your list of vendors

    3. Enter any service notes

    4. You can add attachments including pictures and PDFs

  4. You can view, edit or delete the record after it is created
