What are credits?
Credits can be used to recruit participants from the participant pool to use on your different projects. The cost per participant can be lower or higher depending on the study duration with a starting cost of $1.00 per participant.
You can purchase credits in packages of 50, 250, 500, 1000, 5000. Check the analysis below:

How to buy credits?
Access the account settings from the upper right corner of the screen
Navigate to the credits menu
Click the "Buy credits" button
Select the credit package you want
Complete your order
Congrats! Credits will be added to your balance. You are now able to use the credits to order participants for your projects.
