Managing Whalar brand deals on behalf of your creators
You can now manage Whalar brand deals on behalf of all your creators from Foam (no more logging in and out of creators' Whalar accounts!):
Go to your talent rep dashboard.
Click View Creator on the creator who's deals you want to manage.
Click on the Brand Deals tab in the menu bar.
Click on Messages in the drop down to access their message centre and manage their deals.
Click on Payments to update their payment details, or Edit Profile update their profile.
Apply for brand deals on behalf of your creators
If your creators don't have access to Whalar brand deals, you can apply on their behalf from your Foam account:
Go to your talent rep dashboard.
Click View Creator on the creator who you want to apply on behalf of.
Click on the Brand Deals tab in the menu bar.
Click on Submit Creator to apply.
Once the team has reviewed your creator, you will receive an email notifying you if they have been accepted. If they are accepted, you will be able manage their deals through the Brand Deals tab.
Manage email notifications for your creators' Whalar brand deals
You can control who receives email notifications for your creators' Whalar brand deals.
Navigate to Brand Deals > Edit Profile for the creator who's notifications you want to control.
Scroll to Campaign email notifications.
You can control who email notifications are sent to through the toggles (at least one toggle must be on):
Foam Talent Rep: Email address used to log into Foam talent rep account connected to creator account (non-editable)
Alternative Talent Rep: Option to add an alternative email address (editable)
Send emails to Creator: Email address of creator (email the creator signed up with - non-editable)
Provide creator access to Brand Deals and Foam tools enables the creator to access their message centre - this must be on if Send emails to Creator is on.
