How to disconnect from your Talent Manager

Thinking about disconnecting from your talent manager on Foam? We're here to make the process as easy as possible.

The process depends on the type of managed talent account you have, whether it's a restricted managed account or a full-access managed account.

Disconnecting a restricted managed account


If your account has restricted access on Foam, log in to your Foam account and follow these steps to disconnect:

  1. Click Settings at the top of the screen.

  2. Select Disconnect Talent Rep:

3. Confirm your choice by clicking Disconnect:

4. Once disconnected, you'll see a prompt to unlock Foam's tools – click Use Foam to proceed:

And that's it! You can now independently access and use Foam's powerful tools.

Disconnecting a full-access managed account

If you have full access to your Foam account, the process is even easier: πŸ™Œ

  1. Log in to your Foam account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select Disconnect Talent Rep:

4. Confirm by clicking Disconnect:

Once disconnected, your talent manager will be notified via email, and you can start using your Foam account independently.
