Yes. Foam is a certified partner of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and its employees connect with representatives at these platforms on a daily basis to assist with campaigns and troubleshooting.
Does Foam see or store passwords and direct messages or assume control of your social accounts? 🔍
No. We never see or store passwords or direct messages, and Foam does not assume control of your social accounts.
What information will my talent manager be able to access once I authenticate? 📊
Basic data such as your account handle, bio, follower count, content, and performance metrics.
Insights regarding your audience demographics, reach, impressions, views, and engagements to help pitch you to brands.
Am I giving permission to post on my social platforms?
No. Connecting to Foam does not allow posting on your behalf, following or unfollowing accounts, removing content, or viewing and sending direct messages. You retain full control over your social platforms.
Can I disconnect my social platforms at any time?
Yes. Simply send us a message using a chatbot in the bottom right corner of the screen, and we will disconnect your social platforms.
What about data protection and privacy?
We source data directly from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube via official APIs and then safely and securely store that data. The data is not available to the public – only your talent manager can view it, and they control what is shared through password-protected links. We never see your social platform passwords.
