How to use embeds
Start by opening the Foam Chrome Extension via the puzzle piece 🧩 or pinned icon in your browser's toolbar:
The embed options appear below each talent's name and display different information. The options are Basic, Text and Detail*.
*Detail embeds are available for verified talent only.
To transfer the talent's information to your email, select the desired format and paste it using Command or Ctrl + V into the text box.
Basic Embed
The Basic embed includes your talent's name, age, location, follower count(s), social handle(s) and links, and profile photo. This can be a great tool for an initial response to castings/RFPs or sending out segments of your roster!
Text Embed
The Text embed includes all of the information from the Basic embed in a simple text format.
Detail Embed
The Detail embed includes all of the Basic information as well as analytics highlights from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. These are sourced directly from the platform's official APIs and include a note for verification.
The detailed embed is useful when you’re asked for a specific talent’s insights or average analytics. No more waiting for screenshots!
Multi-Select
You can also select multiple creators to paste any of the three embed formats as a list. This is helpful for castings/RFPs where they are looking for multiple options.
Toggling between Rosters
Need information from outside your personal roster? Use the dropdown list above the talent profiles to select My Roster or Agency Roster.
