How to update profile details for your Talent

Talent Manager's guide to updating their Talent's Whalar profile.

If your talent has been accepted for Whalar brand deals, you'll be required to update their profile details.πŸ’ͺ✨ This is the key to making them discoverable for brand collaborations, unlocking the message center and the payments tab. Here's a guide to help you navigate the process seamlessly.

Brand Deals Profile Overview


The Brand Deals Profile page currently includes the following sections:

  • My Profile (required)

  • Personal Information (required)

  • Campaign email notifications

  • Bio (required)

  • Tags (required)

  • Indicative Fee

  • Shipping Address

As a Talent Manager, you can update this information for your talent. Alternatively, guide your talent to do it themselves, but ensure they have full access to their Foam account. You can check the instructions here.🌟

Updating your Talent's profile details


🎯 Until the talent profile is initially completed, accessing the Brand Deals tab will display a notification prompting you to enter their details:

To fill or modify your talent's profile, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Foam account.

  2. Go to Talent >> My Roster to review the creators you currently manage.

  3. Find the talent you're looking for and click on their profile card:

  4. Click on the Brand Deals tab (or Brand Deals Profile).

  5. Enter your talent's personal information and click Save Changes:

Upon saving the details, you'll unlock access to the message center and the payments tab:

Next, go to Messages to check for incoming campaign proposals and then to Payments to update the payment information for your talent. For more information on setting up payments, visit this page.
