Sharing your talent lists on Foam is a convenient way to collaborate with others and streamline your workflow. Follow these simple steps to effortlessly share your lists with agencies, brands or other individuals.
How to Share Your List:
1. Log in to your Foam account.
2. Navigate to the Lists tab located within your account dashboard.
3. Next, select from the dropdown menu to share an agency list or your own list.
4. Find the list you'd like to share and click the Share button.
💡Alternatively, you can also find and select the Share button within the list for quick access.
5. Customize Audience filters: enabling the toggle will remove audience filters from your list. The toggle will turn orange when activated. For more information on this feature, visit this page.
6. Track your list activity: enable the "Unlock insights by requiring email to view" toggle to monitor activity related to your shared list. The toggle will turn orange when activated. For more information on this feature, visit this page.
7. Select whether you'd like to share the list in the list or gallery view and copy the corresponding link. Recipients will have access to both versions for enhanced usability.
8. Share the generated link with the intended recipient or brand.
