If you no longer require a talent on your roster, you can easily remove them to keep your roster accurate and up-to-date.
Please note: you can only remove a talent if you are their primary manager. However, users with an admin account have the ability to remove any talent across the entire agency.
Log in to your Foam account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and select Agency settings.
Go to the Talent Tab.
Find the talent you want to remove. Click the three-dot menu next to their name and select "Remove from agency".
Once these steps are completed, the creator will be removed from both your agency rosters and also any custom lists to which they've been added.
