Once your agency admin invites you to join Foam, you will receive an invitation email. There are two ways to accept your invitation and join your agency on Foam:
Joining via Chrome Extension - This method is best if you use Google Chrome as your primary browser.
Joining via Our Website - This is the best option if you're using a different browser or have already installed the Chrome extension.
Joining via Chrome Extension
Open the invite email and click the "Join Via Chrome Extension" button.
You'll be redirected to the Chrome Web Store. Click Add to Chrome to download the extension.
When a pop-up asks for permission, click Add extension and wait for the message "Foam: The Essential Chrome Extension for Talent Managers has been added to Chrome" to appear.
Next, enter the email address where you received the invitation and click Continue.
If your email matches the invite, you'll be prompted to join your agency. Enter your name, create a password and click Continue. Alternatively, you can select Continue with Google/Microsoft if your email is linked to one of these services.
You are all set! You can either go over a quick extension tutorial or simply click this link to start using Foam.
💡Tip: To keep Foam handy, click the puzzle piece icon in your toolbar, find the Foam extension, and click the pin icon next to it.
Joining via Our Website
Open the email and click the "Join On Our Website" button.
Create a password and click Sign up. Alternatively, you can select Continue with Google/Microsoft if the email address you were invited with is linked to one of these services.
Enter your name and click Continue.
All set! You are now a part of your agency's Foam account.
Depending on your agency role, you can now invite other team members (for admins only), add your talent and invite them to connect with you on Foam. For more information on how to invite your talent, click here.
Tip: You can check your agency role by clicking on the icon in the top right and looking under your name:
