Accepting an invite from your Talent Manager is a breeze, but the process differs based on whether you already have a Foam account or not. Here's a quick guide for each scenario πŸ’Ό:

πŸ“Œ For existing Foam users

πŸ’‘ Before proceeding, make sure your social accounts are connected to Foam. This step is required to complete the registration process and enables you to accept the invitation from your Talent Manager. Foam provides you with helpful guides for this:

  1. Look out for the email invitation from your Talent Manager and click the Connect button. πŸ“©

  2. You'll be redirected to the login page – if prompted, log in to your Foam account.

  3. Once logged in, a pop-up invite message will appear in the bottom left corner. Click Accept Invite, and you're all set to connect with your Talent Manager! πŸš€πŸŒŸ

πŸ“Œ For those new to Foam

  1. Click the Connect button in the email invitation you receive from your Talent Manager:

  2. Set your password, and press the Sign up button. Alternatively, you can sign up with Google or Microsoft, provided your email address is linked to either. πŸ—οΈπŸ“‹

πŸ“Œ If you register your account using the email and password sign-up option, you'll need to verify your email address (via the verification email you will receive). For more information, check out this article.

At this stage, it's time to connect your social media accounts. Connecting your socials is required to complete the registration process. Start by connecting your Instagram and/or TikTok. Once either is connected, you'll be able to link your YouTube.

🎯 Connecting Instagram 🎯

πŸ“Œ To connect your Instagram to Foam, you'll need an Instagram Professional Account (Creator or Business) linked to a Facebook Business Page. This page must be managed by a personal Facebook account. If you're unsure about these settings, our Instagram Checklist can help you get up and running!

  1. Enter your Instagram handle, then click the Connect button:

  2. A pop-up message will appear, asking you to log in to your Facebook account. **If no Facebook window opens, make sure you have no popup blockers enabled. Also, if you are already logged into Facebook, your browser may automatically take you to the next step.

  3. Click "Continue as..." to authorize the connection:

  4. Once connected, you'll see a confirmation message: "Instagram is connected!"

🎯 Connecting TikTok 🎯

1. Enter your TikTok handle, and press the Connect button:

2. You'll see a pop-up message asking you to log in to your TikTok account – we recommend selecting the QR code method. For more details, check out this article.

**If no TikTok window opens, make sure you have no pop-up blockers enabled. Also, if you are already logged into TikTok, your browser may automatically take you to the next step.

3. When asked to authorize the connection, make sure the correct TikTok account is displayed here and press Authorize:

πŸ“Œ If you have multiple TikTok accounts and your incorrect account appears on the screen, click Switch account and log in to the correct account before pressing Authorize:

5. Once connected, you'll see a confirmation message: "TikTok is connected!"
