How to Join Your Agency
Open your invitation email: Your agency will send you an invitation. Open the email and click the “Join On Our Website” button.
Create your account by:
Select Continue with Google, Microsoft, or Facebook, or
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Enter your full name and create a password, then click Create Account.
Verify your email address- A verification email will be sent to the email address you used to create your Foam account.
Log in to your inbox and click the Verify Email button in the message we sent.
When prompted, select “No” when asked if you are a Creator, then click Create Account.
Select Join to link your account to your agency’s Foam account.
Please note:
If you signed up via SSO (Google, Microsoft, or Facebook), the email verification step is automatically bypassed.
If your agency has the Automatic Joining feature toggled on, your agency domain email will automatically connect you with your agency once you sign up for Foam.
