Admin users can assign managers to all talent across the agency. Manager users can only assign managers to co-manage their talent and the ones they currently co-manage.

Assigning a co-manager
Log in to your Foam account
Click on your profile icon in the top right and select Agency settings.
Click on the Talent Tab
Click on the 3 dots next to the talent's mane you would like to assign a co-manager
In the right pop-up menu, you’ll see all current managers for that talent. To assign another manager(s), start typing their name in the search bar
Click on the name(s) to add them to the list and hit Save
Bulk Assigning
You can assign multiple co-managers to multiple creators in just a few clicks – it’s all about the speed and convenience! To assign in bulk:
Log in to your Foam account
Click on your profile icon in the top right and select Agency settings.
Click on the Talent Tab
Select the talent you'd like to add a co-manager to and click Assign Manager
Select manager(s) you would like to assign
Done! You've added a co-manger to more than one creator.
