Permissions
Admin users can assign managers to any talent across the agency.
Manager users can only assign co-managers to the talent they own or currently co-manage.

How to Assign a Co-Manager
Log in to your Foam account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right and select Agency settings.
Click on the Talent Tab.
Locate the talent you want to assign a co-manager to.
Click the three dots on the right end of their row.
Select Edit Managers from the menu.
Search for the manager you want to assign as a co-manager by typing their name in the search bar.
Select the manager from the search results. Then click save to assign the co-manager.
And that's it! The selected manager now has co-manager access to the talent.
How to Bulk Assign Co- Managers
You can also assign multiple co-managers to multiple creators at one time. To assign in bulk:
Log in to your Foam account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right and select Agency settings.
Click on the Talent Tab.
Select the talent you want to assign a co-manager to.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Assign Manager.
Choose the manager(s) you want to assign from the list and click save to apply the changes.
And that's it! The selected manager(s) now have co-manager access for the chosen talents.
